Vain hope that the offer of a large number of additional bonuses and opportunities for workers can turn you into the best employer. A study conducted by consulting firm Croner found that despite the wide variety of additional benefits and bonuses offered by modern employers, employees rarely get what they want in reality. More than half employers surveyed acknowledged that their employees do not use all their opportunities, because the latter do not conform with the lifestyle of employees. And among the five most common bonuses provided by employers, only two are listed among the most desired benefits that would like to receive workers. It only indicates one thing - the proposal does not meet the demand of employers and able to meet a real need for those people to whom they are intended. Approximately half the workers surveyed would like to receive health insurance, as well as the opportunity to work flexible hours, as a bonus from the company. However, employers rarely meet such needs, and include such benefits in terms of employee performance. Read more here: John Mclaughlin. The consultants recommend that business owners to rethink their approach to formation of companies and compensation packages to include only those bonuses, which are necessary to its staff. If benefits are not a priority for their future customers - so why spend money and resources organization? Such an approach will not only help the company attract into the ranks of its employees leading business talents, but also help workers save life-giving balance between work and personal life.
